The Mornington Peninsula is well known for having some amazing beaches lining its coastal towns. From Sunnyside Beach in the north to Fingal Beach in the south, you can find some wonderful places to stop over, all within a few minutes to a few hours travel of each other, as you make your way down the coast. Maybe a Mornington Peninsula beach road trip is on the cards?
When it comes to accessibility, beaches are not really known for catering to wheelchairs. Mt Martha, Mills Beach and Point Leo in the Morning Peninsula do provide all-terrain and beach wheelchairs that can be hired by people with limited mobility. So, beach fun isn’t limited to people who don’t need a wheelchair to get around!
